Standard Therapy Sessions
I offer weekday telehealth and in-person sessions at my Durham office. My fee is $185 per session (some sliding scale spots available). My services are not covered by insurance but individual clients may submit invoices for out-of-network claims. All prospective clients get a free 20 minute consultation.
Relationship Therapy Intensives
Couples or relationship dyads who are unavailable for weekly sessions, or who are looking to dig deep into a pattern or an issue might prefer the option of a 4, 8 or 12-hour therapy intensive. Intensives may be scheduled only after a free client screening call, as well as an individual intake session for each participant. Unless otherwise discussed, intensives will take place during the day on a weekend at my Durham office.
